Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payments must be made as per the booking requirements. We accept payments via authorized gateways.
Prices are subject to change due to taxes, fuel surcharges, or supplier hikes without prior notice.

Our Role

VISIT EXPERT TOURISM acts only as an intermediary/agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa authorities, etc.).
We are not liable for any acts, omissions, delays, or defaults by these suppliers.

Visa Assistance

We provide visa assistance services, but the final decision lies with the respective embassy/immigration authority.
In case of visa rejection by the immigration authority, no refund will be provided for visa fees or related services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Cancellation Policy (linked below).

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or supplier failures (Force Majeure).
In such cases, we may cancel, modify, or postpone bookings without liability.

Liability Limitation

Our liability is limited to the service fees charged by us. We are not responsible for any indirect losses, injuries, or damages.
Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance for full protection.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Jaipur, India.
