All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 15-30 days.

Flights and Hotels

Refunds and cancellations are strictly as per the respective airline and hotel policies.
In addition, VISIT EXPERT TOURISM will deduct a service fee of ₹250 per booking/person for processing.

Visa Services

If visa is rejected by the immigration/embassy authority, no refund will be provided for visa application fees or our assistance charges.

Tour Packages and Activities

Cancellations are subject to supplier policies and may incur charges (e.g., non-refundable in peak seasons).
Our service fee of ₹250 (or more, as specified at booking) will be deducted.

No-Show

No refund for no-shows or unused services.

Force Majeure

No refunds for cancellations due to unforeseen events beyond our control.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance for better coverage.
